AM I PREGNANT?

I had sex the week I was most fertile. Last period was Feb.12th. Haven't gotten it this month, Been having cramping in lower abdominal, tired all the time, one day I bled for a second. Took 3 pregnancy tests last week all came up negative. Was it too early?
