My car lights blow all the time and so does the fuse some times
Time to get it to a mechanic. That can indicate anything from bad electrical connections (including intermittant shorts) to a defective voltage regulator. I would do it soon before you fry more expesive parts of the electrical system. And they are all susceptible at this moment.
While the engine is running, check the regulated battery voltage. It should be 14 to 15 volts. If it's too high, which sounds to be the case, replace the voltage regulator or alternator.
