Okay, So when I was a young one, I would watch Thomas The Tank Engine and right after a show would come on. And I feel like the name is "Ballooner Landing." I remember it had a dog (puppet) and he had a dog house that was full of tv's. And like there was a man and a woman and in the intro they would drop down form a hot air ballon onto this farm where the dog was. Does anyone know what on Earth I'm talking about?
