Do I have legal grounds to sue the parol department for forcing me to sign conditions of parol that I was not convicted and sentenced on. This problem was going on for 3 years and for the last 8 months. They now changed my parol cond. Saying that it was a mistake, on the old cond. They violated me for 4 times for 1yr and some months but I would have been off parol the first year on the new cond..
