Im 18, and me and my fiancé are trying to conceive. Since coming off birth control I don't ovulate or have periods on my own, although when I was prescribed provera I did have a period. Would a doctor prescribe me any kinds of ferility meds to aid in a successful pregnancy? (yes, I know all about the risks and challenges of both fertility drugs and the challenges and responsibilities of becoming a mother.)

That depends on a lot of things. How long have you been off birth control? What other problems do you have for conceiving?

If it is ONLY coming off the birth control that is preventing you from conceiving, it's doubtful. Your body needs to purge the birth control hormones in order to have a healthy pregnancy anyway.
