I missed my po appointment because I workout of town, I call and resceduke them all the time and he's usually OK now I missed this one I called and left him numerous messages, and he never returned my call, when I finally got a whole of him, he said he's not going to call me back, and the best thing I can do is turn myself into the jail. I don't want to go to jail and sit there and loose my jobs because of this nonsense. I don't know what to do. I got 3 years of probation, and only have a little over a year lefft, and I have never been in troubel for anything at all since I was sentenced. What should I do?

Sorry to tell you but it certainly looks like he violated you because you did commit a probation violation missing that appointment. He did tell you to go turn yourself in... to me that means he violated you and there will be a warrant if there isn't one already.

Calling and reschedualing is one thing... not showing up or reschedualling it in advance is another.

Its not nonsense... its part of the probation terms you agreed to in order to get probation.

Or do you think he is maybe just trying to teach me a lesson and show some authority? I feel kind of like he's just upset that I missed that one and wants to teach me a lesson, but I am scared to death of turning myself in and he suddenly decides he wants to try and revoke and my stuck sitting in jail for months, and loose everything I have finally gotten back?

Leaving a voice mail isn't the same as speaking with him directly. Or seeing him in person. You don't know if he got the message or when he got it.

Its his call to make on missing even one... and yes... I think he is teaching you a lesson. I'm venturing a guess that he was getting upset over the amount of times you did reschedule. But if that was his reason only he can tell you. You actually were in violation after missing that one. He really didn't need a reason then.

You are better off turning yourself in than you will be with a fugitive warrant when you go in front of the judge. If he told you to turn yourself in... that tells me he already did revoke. Its never better if they have to go looking for you. I'd contact your lawyer ASAP.

He can revoke it... but it's the judge is who decides what happens however.

He doesn't need another reason, being a no-show is all the reason he needs.

First this is not non sense, it is rules, if you knew days ahead of time, you needed to talk to him personally or not work that day and report in. If you don't report, they can and normally do revoke your probation.

Does not matter if they normally reschedule, in fact that makes it sound worst to the fact it says you are always missing your regular appointment , he may be tired of that

Also if the work of out of state, not just 250 miles from home, it is even worst, since that is another violation if he did not give permission to travel out of state
