    Emerald A,

Welcome to this beautiful site, first!

Tell your parents that you are friends, and it should only be friendship, and nothing more. No sex, no intimacies! (I hope you understand what I am saying).

Which country and which state, you are from? There are different laws and differnet social mores. What about your parents? Did you tell them. You are 14/15, he is 18... this is also an issue. Do your parents have issues regarding it?

No kissing, no embracing closely, openly etc.

Still, there are many points, through which you can be more than usual friends. Ask him how he likes you to dress, about haircuts, hairstyle and look and outlook, about studies, about movies, about books... much! And, you can promise to be lovers, in future, too!

Emerald, what do you mean by 'be with'? Are you talking about going out on dates or are you including sexual contact?

If you are asking about sexual contact, then we would need to know what state or country you live in. Different locations, different laws.

As for dating, it's up to your parents' rules. Do they approve of you dating? Are they okay with you dating this person? Do they know?

Right, "be with" usually indicates a sexual relationship.

    And as Cat asked, where?
