My daughter gave tlenol to a 13month old for fever she forgot to tell babysitter and the baby sitter gave her another dose an hour later can this cause a problem.

It shouldn't cause a problem just this one time. Be sure from now on to give it every 4-6 hours.

You know that you can alternate Tylenol with Motrin every 3 hours for better fever control?

Let me give you an example. If you give Tylenol at 6am you give Motrin at 9am, then you give Tylenol at 12 noon, etc. It gives a wider range of fever control this way.
