    How to file Tax returns
    Hi I was in Austin Texas from May 19 2011 to Jan 11th 2012, I have my W2 form from my company now I have returned back to india and want to file my tax returns from here.

    Can you guide me in getting my tax returns?

    You will file a dual-status return, filing BOTH Form 1040 and 1040NR-EZ. Texas has NO state income tax, so that is not an issue.
