    Concrete slab
I had a plan from architect and engineer. Suspended 28x30 slab. 3 wait 58 beams 30' long. Metal pan and 6" wire mesh. Concrete 7" in back 5" in front. Beams deflected ( under an inch). I was nervous called architect. He says 44wwf was speced and I didn't do it right Is it OK? He sent me another bill!

Did you pour the concrete yourself or did a redimix company do it? If you had a company do it, call them and ask for their Quality control Tech to come and take a look and go over the plan with you. Most reputable companies will do this at little or no cost to you, and they have experience (should be certified) with these susslab problems.
