    I'm an international student and I have been working as a non pay volunteer in USA under OPT status. No pay at all.

    What Kind of tax form do I need to file? 1040 NR?

    If you have no income, you do not need to file a tax return. You would only have to file form 8843 if you are a non-resident alien on a student visa.
