    Help me---fail to file form8843 for 3years
    I am international student without any income from US. I did not file 8848 for previous 3 years because I thought I did not have income. DO I Need to file for previous years? The key question is is there any negative impact on my application of H1B and green card? Please help me thanks

    File the Forms 8843 LATE, which is better than NEVER.

    I have never heard of ANYONE suffering negative consequences for failing to file this form.
