How to open router dide 192.168.0.1 there is internet needed or not please tellme someone

Make sure you are connected with a cable to the router and it is powered on.
You should then be allocated an IP address within the router range that will allow access to the admin panel at the location you mentioned.

You don't need internet to open this address but you Pc should be connected(no worry if internet is not working).. just open your browser(mozilla or any other you are using)and paste this address in address bar.. also this address might be changed when you restart router so if this address is not opening for you then go to internet connection and check dns address and then paste this new address in address bar(right click on internet connection and go on properties to check dns address)
