    Oversensitive Temp. adjustment in Shower
Both my tap and my girlfriends parents tap for our shower have become VERY oversensitive to adjustments. Both are very different types of taps
Mine: is a 2 valve adjustment. The water must be turned on full, then just a tiny TINY bit of cold water be turned on or it turns very cold. Then just the slightest adjustment (literally like a hair movement) makes the water change temp VERY COLD.

My Girlfriends parents which is a similar problem has a shower type system with a separate Temp control dial than the water pressure. Hers has just recently become ULTRA sensitive as well. It was working fine before? Any suggestions help? Is it something that I can fix with limited knowledge?

    Thanks very much

Sounds like your incoming cold water is very cold. Set your water heater to 135 degrees in the winter and 125 degrees in the summer.
