can i sue for defamation due to false accusations of sexual harassment
For starters, I have a co-worker who randomly hates me all of a sudden, and had a fellow co-worker lie to my boss and say that I was sexually harassing all of the "girls." This statement alone was a lie, come to find out, almost a month ago my boss called me into her office and asked me who have I sexually harassed? Thinking this was a joke, I responded "the entire theater" and laughed it off, she said no really? Who? I was dumbfounded. I had gotten a corporate complaint from another supervisor accusing me of sexually harassing her, by corporate I mean by the owner. She bypassed the corporate office and personally called him. I was wondering how I should go about this, I'm the only one she has called and complained about but she has had many problems with other employees as well. I
m pretty sure that the corporate office keeps records of all complaints.
    Thank you in advance.

So was action taken against you over the complaint?

There wasn't a formal complaint issued, because "she" didn't follow the guidelines in filing, but the owner of the company told my boss I needed to be moved from my position

That's called CYA. Even if nothing can be proven, if they don't take action, there is liability. You need to dot all your Is and cross all your Ts for a while and be very scrupulous about how you act with any other female office workers.

But since you have not been materially harmed, then filing a case will be expensive for no return.
