My dog has deep cuts on his paws that have always been there he is constantly biting at them and crying. We have gone to the vet but they gave us no diagnoses just pain killers someone please help its really scary and I don't want to wake up to a dead dog someday

Where on the paws? Pads, between the toes, tops of the feet?
If your regular vet keeps coming up with zilch, you may very well need to seek a second opinion.
Could be that it is some sort of infection that he is further aggravating by biting at them, or grass awns, or interdigital cysts.
All guesses mind you, I think you should get another pair of eyes look at them.

I have gotten second opinions from different vets, the cuts are in the middles of his paws.

Did they give you any answers? Prescribe any treatments? If so, did you adhere and stick to the treatments? Did they just look or did they perhaps do a skin scrape or biopsy? Is this the only place that is affected by strange cuts?

I'm not trying to sound callous, I am merely asking.

The cuts are on his pads but they go pretty deep the vets never preform any treatment they just look at his paws and give him pain killers. Every time I go to a vet they just give us pain killers. His right ear hurts him sometimes but we give him a cream for that and it doesn't happen again for about 5 months. He used to chew on his feet so much the hair in-between his toes would get red from spit. They've been stained that way ever since. I feel really bad for him too. I have an German Shepherd Dog too his ear acts up but we just give him a cream. The cuts are hard to see unless he's been chewing on them but you can still se where their cut.

What are the chances you could download a picture? Not that I could tell you anything, even with that. But, I would like to see the cuts.
I find it strange that they would not offer you even a guess about what would be causing it.
Coupled with the ear problems, allergy comes to mind. To what I can't say. And that is merely a guess on my part.
My other guess would be that the pads are worn, dry and cracked.
As far as the ears if your vet has pinpointed the cause, yeast, bacteria, ask them about an ear wash that you can use weekly or bi-weekly to keep the infections at a minimum.
Chronic ear infections can cause problems down the road, and are very painful for them.

I did take some pictures of the cuts before you replied but I'm having a problem downloading them because I need the cord to the camera. I'm going to find it today hopefully. Keep in mind when you see the cuts their kind of flat. After he chews on them, though they are open deep and irritated.

If he is chewing them then it could be something as simple as a regular cut that just keeps getting irritated.

I would get a pair of socks and the cone of shame and try those.
You can get the cones (or elizabethan collars) from vets and pet stores, most dogs hate wearing them but often it is the only option to stop them chewing.
The socks will help protect his paws when he is walking but as it is a cut you will need to wash and replace regularly through the day and use a powdered antiseptic (not liquid) to help dry out the wound. Moisture is a breeding ground for bacteria so the drier you keep the cut the faster it will heal.
