I had small nodules on my voice box diagnosed 11 years ago I am a non smoker and tee-total They also found nodules on my braion yet no-one ever explained about them. Only speech therapy for the nodules I now have 2 lumps on side my tongue not painful just hard lumps, also my left side jaw and meck are very tender which and having a lot of sore throats and dry tickly throat. Any ideas please of what's happening to me.

Also I cannot lie on left side of my head to watch TV or head rest in car even having my hair washed in hairdressers hurts me.
