It started yesterday and now today it won't. Changed the spark plug & air filter. When the filter is off... it starts but starts blowing fuel out of the bottom of the air filter housing. When I turn the throttle to turtle and crank it slowing raising the speed it tries to start but won't. A puff of white smioke comes out of the exhaust

Sounds like something in carb holding needle valve open letting fuel flood engine .might have to remove and clean carb.

OK ty will give it a try... been searching possible probs and found that it could have fuek in the oil(drain & refill oil)... fuel leaking into the carb (need shut-off valve)or water in fuel... which is highly unlikeley... it's only been in there a couple weeks... lol
