You could take medicine for the pain, this is what I do too when I get my period. My period is late now... you could take a pregnancy test if u want to if not thatn go to the doctor or talk to one of your parents.

Drink a lot of water try to rest during your period peak and put a heating pad on your tummy. I like all organic so maybe put some lavender oil on your pillow to calm your body down, drink a lot of water I can't say it enough, avoid salty foods that dehydrate you, and believe it or not an apple or two a day its healthy sweet keeps your mind preoccupied instead of going for the Hershey bar. Here is also an exercise I learned from my colon ix therapist. Sit on your bottom on a flat surface, sit up straight breath like a baby with your whole stomach instead of just your chest, cross your legs indian style point your nose to your left knee and role your shoulders, then repeat towards your right knee, as soon as you start to feel tension in your lower back either side stop and breath, try to relax, clear your mind, while you are doing this I would keep a heat pad on your tummy low heat, you never know how hot those things really are when you are in pain. Right after this exercise lay on your left side on a firmer yet comfortable surface. I hope that helps. If it seems to just be getting worse I would see your doctor, keep record of what is going on with your body.
