Can Lortab show up on folical test if they took one on February 14th.

Hair Drug Testing, like all drug tests, detect only what it is looking for. Lortab (acetaminophen and hydrocodone) must be specifically tested for (hydromorphone). Further, the drug metabolites tested for must be present in sufficient quantity to rise above the cutoff of the test. Single pill would seldom be enough to bring within detectable range.

Side note: The hair follicle is never tested. In fact, the hair is never tested. Drug metabolites are extracted from the hair usually after pulverizing and then the residue is disposed of before the actual drug test begins.
