Wash and rinse water came out the bottom of washer and not the discharge outlet

Sounds like the hose is disconnected or worn out/split under the bottom of the washer, an easy fix depending on your ability to access the back and replace hose and clamp.

Disconnected hose, ruptured hose, split pump body. Sometimes the plastic connector to the drain hose rubs through the metal plate and it leaks there. Need to pull out the washer, remove the back and see what's happening.
