I believe I have a cold sore on my lip but it doesn't hurt at all. Now, I have a lump under my chin, more closer to my throat, it has a very light tender pain to it, it feels kind of like a in ground big pimple. Last year I also got a lump, but that time it was under my left side of the jaw.
I have also gotten a lump, feeling like a in ground big pimple under my left arm pita little more out toward my breast but not too near my breast area. What could this be ? Am very scared :( I can't sleep its 4:50am, I been awake since 3am

Cysts and swollen lymph nodes are possibilities.
Cysts on the skin are generally harmless reactions to something that shouldn't be there, like an ingrown hair, filled with water or fat. Swollen nodes are reactions to infections, most often. It could be for one of many reasons, too many to list. See a doctor, since you are worrying so much.
