,I think its because I write to hard.. Of maybe I have a diesaes I been I having.. I don't even rember when I got but it bothers when I see it. Help! How to get rid of it

Where is the bump? On the knuckle, between your fingers, on the tip of the finger?

Also, if this is a concern, have you seen a doctor about it?

Its above my nail its doesn't look like a blister its just a bump

If it's beside the nail, on the inside tip of your finger, then it sounds like a callous from writing. But that's just a guess. There's no way anyone can give you an accurate diagnosis over the internet.

If it is a callous from writing, get used to it. I had one all throughout high school and college. It's a pain, but, once you stop writing for an extended period, it will go away.

Again, this is just a guess based on what you've written. For an actual diagnosis you'll have to see a doctor.

Its beside the nail , oh yeah when there's no school I tends to turn smaller

I've got one of those too--a pressure bump from writing. It's an indication you are very smart and studious. :)
