Ok when I was a kid I watched part of this movie and I really want to see it. The only thing I can think of what he says is this little kid says take 3 steps and then jump and you will fly. Then the guy tries it and he hit his head on the corner of a building. That's all I remember and the guy how he said that to was like 14 maybe older and he was in a costume
