I want to get a title loan but currently my car is being fixed. Do I have to have it for inspection to get loan?

You need the title for the loan... they will either hold the title or put a lien on the title, in which case you will get a new title with the lien recorded... but since payday loans / or Title loans are really legalized loansharking... they would most likely hold onto them.

You typically use your registration to get a vehicle inspection... not the title. That's been the case in the three states I've lived in. But assuming you mean inspected by the Loan place... I would assume yes... they would need to see it to place a value on it... which would determine if and how much they would be willing to loan you..

However, give them a call... they could give you an answer pretty quick.
