I have been left a oil painting by F Claude showing a passageway in France with a café in green on the left hand side and white church in the background and people walking with white faces walking along the pavements.
The frame is hessian and gold around the rim.

Could you please tell me if there is any value to this picture.

I also have a large picture by Devlin showing 11 poppies in a gold frame. I'm interested to see if this picture is worth anything as I am down sizing.
