I have got an L1-B and we are looking to relocate, but have concerns about redundancy and getting home to the UK... If we ask to leave the US after a two year period am I responsible for picking the bill up flights, furniture shipment etc, or is the company I work for as they sponsored the L1.. The same question is also valid if made redundant, would the company I work require to collect the costs of me and my family returning home.
