I am 12 and over the last few days I've been having a lot of tenderness on myleft breast and it feels hard... today I noticed a pinkish color around the areola and the pain scale is between 7-8, I don't recall hitting myself or bumping into anything or being hit in my breast. What could it be?

This could be that your breasts are going or that your time of the month is coming. I have the same problem but on both.
