I have removed the handle on the faucet and am unable to remove the bonnet. One set of directions say to " turn bonnet counterclockwise to remove from valve." Another says that you "lift up on the bonnet" to remove. It doesn't budge with turning and I am concerned about marring the finish with a screwdriver trying to lift it. How do I remove it?
