    Check the under-hood relay center. There should be a legend inside the cover to show you which relay controls what. Do you still have your owner's manual?

    On most Hondas, the main relay (PGM-FI Relay), which is the fuel pump relay, is located under the dash, close to the left kick panel. Turn the ignition switch ON and OFF--you should be able to hear and feel it click. That should help you locate it. They frequently have a multi-pin connector going to them and are mounted on a bracket. Check AutoZone Part Number 20505 for a picture.
