Hi, I need to remove my agitator in my Kenmore washer Model 11022702100 Series CL2223845 Type 111. I have already removed the fabric dispenser and the cap(removed with flat head screwdriver.) Here's where my problem starts! There is a soft plastic piece I can not get out. I can see the bolt, the plastic piece doesn't have a bottom, but I have pulled and pulled and pulled some more--it's not moving. Can someone help me please? I need to replace the dog ears. And I would like to give it a good cleaning!
