Strange things have started happening in my apartment, but I don't know if there is a logical reason or if we in fact have an entity there. THings that have happend: Ball rolling out of room that had a closed door, child playing imaginary catch and having converstation and when asked who she was playing with said "I can't tell you" ceiling fan will start spinning while switch is off and all windows closed... Is there something there or could it be something else all together causing these? Thank you,

Nothing you mentioned in your described is out of the ordinary. Fans move very easily and children will pretend. HOWEVER, that also does not mean you don't have an entity there. Spirits do move things to begin to show they are in the home and they also begin to communicate with children as a way of getting their foot in the door.

You can try to ignore these things and see if anything else persists. However, you are the one living there and if you start to feel uncomfortable there at least for peace of mind talk to a local church and see if someone will come by and pray over the home and the child. Prayer never hurts.

I went a long time hearing static along with whispering I could not understand. Well... when she decided she wanted everyone to know she was there, quite a lot changed. I felt a cool breeze, a lot of popping, gurggling and bumping noises. I went downstairs from my bedroom and sat down on the couch. It did not take very long when this round mist, about the size of a basketball came floating down and stopped in front of me. When it was aware that I was sitting there, it sort of expoded into a large star shaped mist, and took off for another room. Only to come back and get very close to my shoulder. My left leg felt frozen. I just sat there till it all passed. So, if you have any of the above symptoms, you have a spirit in your house. Bumping noises... breezes in your house, goosebumps and chills... static voices you can not understand, and an actual visual experience you certainly do have a spirit. I called the church for a blessing... Had a paranormal group come out - that was a lot of help. The first thing that they told me was that she was trying to communicate with me. The medium in the group which stayed all night, told me that she was 25 years old. Born in 1886, in Ireland. Came to America in the early 1900's. Is waiting for someone and is very sad. Also she comes and goes. I have been trying to get her to cross over, but it just is not working. She has been a spirit a very long time, and there may be many reasons she stays. She is not a bad spirit, and will not hurt me, but it does upset me when she always gets so active at night with the static and voices... sort of singing that keeps me awake. It creeps me out to know I have a "dead" woman floating around in my house. But, I have not given up. And if you check with the internet, you will find many ways to talk them into crossing over. But the bottom line is that they will have to WANT to cross over. Good luck with that. I am still trying. I have been in this old house for 10 years, and did not notice anything significant for about 3 years. Joked about a ghost in my house. But it is real, and I am living with her.
