Sure I found where the answers are, poster needs to find the answers.
This is the field I currently work in... providing data services internationally, by every available means and I have worked as a Sat network controller and have commissioned several new sats a number of years back. So I know the answers to these intimately... and as asked by the OP... it will fill many volumes and still not cover everything.Quote:
