    Statue of limitations
I was discharged from bankruptcy in 2008, now 4 years later I have a collections agency chasing me saying I now have to pay this debt off that is from 2005, I thought it was covered in my bankruptcy but in all my paper work from my trustee I can't find the listed.. But on my discharge paper it says that I have been cleared from all my debts except my student loans.. What am I suppost to do? How am I to deal with the collections so they get off my back. I know there is a statue of limitations... But I have no idea what that means should I get a lawyer? Please help I am very stressed out about all this and need it taking care of... Thanks...
