Because when I was in the car accident,I didn't have a license and now they suspended my license. What can I do?

Usually you have to pay all fines and costs connected with the accident and serve a period of suspension.

In NY, for example, you will not get your license returned to you until everything (all damages) is paid by you, also your fines and Court costs. Then you serve a suspension which can be just about any time.

What State?

Nothing you can do. You take the bus, bum a ride, ride your bicycle or walk until the end of the suspension. Then you try then to get it back at that time. If you was driving without a license at the time, be glad you wasn't jailed for it... I've seen several people given one year jail sentences for driving without a license, and saw them handcuffed and taken out of traffic court straight to jail.
