I drank a bottle of wine Monday before 8 pm. Had EtG test Wednesday at 10:30 will I pass

Can you please provide when you started the bottle; your gender; your weight; I am assuming it's a 750 ml bottle of wine with 13% alcohol content. Do you know the cutoff used for the facility. 100, 250, 500, 1000. The cutoff will probably matter the most here. If the cutoff is 100, you are probably going to test +. A 500 or 1000 cutoff improves your chances, but this assumes that you were well hydrated and emptied your bladder shortly before the test.

I would agree that the chances of testing positive are high. Actually, the teg is unreliable and you cold test positive if you drank nothing. I am not here to preach but why drink a bottle two days before a test?
