I am from Germany and my husband is a US citizen, we have been married since 1994. We moved here to the US in 2003 and then I received my green card that was issued for 10 years. I have a ssn card and I have been working at my current job since 2005. Our marriage is falling apart and divorce seems to be the only thing now. Will I be able to stay in the US without a sponsor and continue living on my own with my green card and be able to renew my green card on my own?
