I want to replace a iron pipe with a pvc sanitary tee that has a connection for a toilet and 3 other outlets. Is there something like this made and what do you call it.

You're looking for a 4" PVC sanitary tee with side outlets. You may find one with 2 side outlets but I doubt you'll come across one with 3.
Any how I need to know what fitting I'm looking for. What size outlets were you looking for and why do you need all those? Can't you tie back to a drain line? Back to you, Tom

Sorry, but even if they did make such a fitting, it would not be allowed by code in any part of the U.S. Let us know a bit more about your situation and we may be able to give you some usable advice.
