My son has been on probation for underage drinking, failure for due process and now just found out he has not been to see his probation officer in a while. He has 2 warrants out for violation of probation and violation of community service. How much jail time is he looking at?

How long was his probation for, that is how long he could do. Most likely they will keep him about 3 months to make him understand how serious this is.
