I had a Staph infection 2 weeks ago and was put on bactrim and keflex, plus I took a total of 4 Tylenol with codeine's. I took the antibiotics daily for a week(6 pills a day). At the ER they did a pregnancy test, it was negative. I just took one and I am pregnant, about 5 weeks. Could these antibiotics harm/affect my baby's development?

Some antibiotics are safer than others in pregnancy, but with the limited use you had, and that very early on, any problems would be unlikely.
