Cleaning consists of emptying trash cans, vacuuming, sweeping, moping, some windows, kitchen (6 tables, 2 microwaves, 1 sink), 4 conference rooms, 2 lobbies, 16 offices, 12 cubicles,1 copy room, 4 bathrooms (6 stalls, 1 urinal, 6 sinks). All bathrooms have tile, hallways have pergo flooring, and offices/cubicles/conference rooms have carpet. I am just starting my business and don't want to quote to high or too low. In Chicago, with not carpet cleaning, floor work (stripping, etc), windows, etc... I would charge between $1,850.00 to $2,100.00 per month. This is for 2 days per week and is general nightly cleaning.
