HSI glows bright/crossover pilot lights for 2 seconds [no main burner ignition]only 20 volts to gas valve

I could pop in/out and try to troubleshoot this for you, but to really save time/effort in cases like this I usually have to advise you to call Rheems technical services department (have model number and serial number of your unit handy) and talk to them. They will walk you through a number of steps to determine exactly what part is defective.
