Ah, yes. You have every right as a parent to do your duty and throw him out. You will be doing him and you a favor. You have to consider as to what happens to him if something happens to you and your husband. Where would that leave him? He would have to get a job to support himself, so why not cut the ties now and see him become a man while you are still able to.

The question appears to be how to get him out; She needs to evict him.

She cannot "throw him out" without Court intervention. She can ASK him to leave and maybe he will - but she can't throw his "stuff" out, change the lights or otherwise illegally evict him.

You have given bad legal advice which could get this person held liable for damages and illegal eviction.

What State is OP living in?
