Why eight?
Is this for putting up on walls at a business?
Do they have to be single words, or short sentences?
Good communication is based on respect, honesty, and forthrightness. It should be factual, not hearsay or gossip, but it should be direct if it's feelings about behavior that might be detrimental to the company as a whole. It should include all those involved in each aspect of work, and lines of communication should be open to all ranks.
