I'm afraid my wife is going to leave me we just had a beautiful baby boy he is a week old now but the problem is that we are in a financial hell storm neither one of us have jobs we live with my sis I had a job but got fired my main issue is that I'm unable to maintain a job please I need tips n tricks advice or something to help me maintain a job and please don't judge me over making a baby with no stability I already have enough on my plate don't need more negativity thank you

Being in financial straights can put a strain on a marriage, but it doesn't seem that you two are in too bad a situation. You have a roof over your head, food in your bellies.

What are you trained for? What did you take in college? What has your past work experience been like? Have you had issues in your other jobs? If so, have you ever asked your previous employers what the issues were?

Unless you can tell us where things went wrong, there's really no way to help. If it's just a matter of the job market being bad, well, a lot of people are in that same boat right now. But, if it's a matter of your work performance, we'll need more details to come up with a plan, to help you perform better so you can maintain a job once you are hired.

I probably shoulf have mention my sis placd is not to sanitary me and my wife try to keep it clean but two min. Later it's a mess.. I didn't graduate from high school but I did study automotive and I know how to weld and landscapin and minor house repairs I guesse my problem was lack of motivation like,I,would get bored or really tired ill slack off sometimes late not many times though

Well slacking off is a problem. When someone hires you to work, they expect you to work. After all, they're not paying you to slack off.

Where was your last job? Was it working in automotives?

I think the first thing you have to do is find your motivation. Your new baby is great motivation to get and keep a job. So is your wife and wanting to provide for both of them.

Do you have a resume? Have you started looking for a job?

When you find a new job, which I'm sure you will, think about your plans for the future, what you hope to achieve, what you want for your family. That will keep you punctual, motivated, and it will keep you from slacking off.

Look at your job from the employers point of view. Would you keep someone that isn't pulling their weight? Of course you wouldn't. So thrive to be the employee they hired you and expect you to be. Work hard, keep the job, and after a year or so (there's really no way to get a rental place before you've been with a job for a while, and no bank will give you a mortgage if you haven't been with a company for at least a year), you can make your dreams of getting out of your sisters house come true.

For now you have to make due with what you have, but find the motivation to go out there and do better for yourself. It all depends on how bad you want this. If you want it badly enough, you can do it. I have faith in you. The way you talk about your newborn baby and your wife, I'm sure you'd do anything for them. Finding a job and keeping it, it's not an out of reach goal. So find it within yourself to reach that goal. :)

My last job was welding, and yes I do have a resume I would love to,get back into,that field or even in the automotive field
