My dog is 3 years old and he has start to pee all over the house. I have gotten a new puppy within the last 5 months and at first they were fine and no problem he had never went to the bathroom in the house now all of a sudden he is doing it everywhere. What is that all about?

Is your dog neutered?
Since getting a new dog, have your interactions with your dog changed? Often times dogs will get their nose out of sorts and do things such as this when they feel they aren't getting as much attention as usual.

Though, you must rule out a medical issue first. A common symptom of a urinary tract infection is frequent urination, often in places they don't usually go. I would take a urine sample in to your vet.

Animal jealousy. The new puppy is receiving more attention, and your older dog feels neglected.
Try showing the older dog more attention than normal and see what happens.
