    Title 19, Chapter 10 of the Georgia Code governs child custody. I don't see anything in there about grandparent rights.

    But, if you live in their home they have rights to set the rules for you living there.

    That's why I asked - this could be anything from where the mother takes the child to the child's bedtime.
