Our mother recently passed. In her will she named my two sisters and me as heirs. The will has been probated. We now would like to change the name on the will (currently both our parents are listed, both are deceased) to show our three names. What is the procedure. Thank you.

You prepare a new Deed in the correct names, signed by the Executor of the estate. Is the Executor authorized to do so?
