15 years ago I was convicted of shoplifting and fraud my record is clear since then will it show on a crb check or an enhanced crb check

If you were convicted as an adult it will stay on your record permanently unless other arrangements were made by the court.

Like J_9 said. Talk to your lawyer since they where cleared they could be removed

I didn't read it as though the record was cleared, but rather that the OP has not been in trouble since. Maybe I'm reading it wrong.

That's how I'm reading it - record remains but arrest is old. And, yes, it will show up on certain background checks.
