Go to a woman's health specialist at a medical center preferably run by a university(they have more money and better doctors) and get checked out you could have scaring as well if it happens during and after intercorces you could be ripping a tear in your vagina and it makes you bleed I'm not really sure but go to a university specialist

This sounds like you have PCOS - polycystic Ovarian syndrome - and I would suggest that you get this evaluated with a pelvic ultrasound, and these blood tests such as Testosterone, Insulin, DHEA-S, Estradiol - and then I would recommend also that you get checked for your thyroid too.
Thank you for your questions your friendly ob/gyn
